yesterday was my patient's birthday..
so he got a cake..
today is ___ birthday and she is getting herself a cake.
tomorrow is another patient's birthday..
he is also gonna get a cake..

be it alone or with family or frens...
but when u are old..
are u to spend ur bday lying on a sick bed?

i think one of pt is getting abit depressed..
i could sense it..
but.. i cant help him in anyway..
his family doesnt want him, i cant brg him
home can i? it is impossible... but seriously
i feel sad for him u noe.. and his family.. i think..
they are feeling stress up thats why they do not want
to take care of him... but think about it another way
if they were the one sick..do they want their husband/father
to jus chuck them in hospital? no right? sometimes.. i just
cant undersand human nature... why dont they think for
each other and empathise each other? yes i mean
emphatise not symphatise... the world will be good if
everyone can emphatise each other...
